I asked this in the Complete Back Workout Video, but it may be better to pose the question here.
On the chest supported T-bar row, is there a reason that you place your feet on the ground vs the machine? (Personal preference?, better bracing?, or does it have to do with the angle your chest is at at the top of the contraction?)
Also on the T-bar row, is there an ideal range/angle for your arms relative to the side (the angle between your humerus and your torso). If there is an ideal angle, why?
Can’t wait for the new app. I know you guys have been working hard on it.
