Hey coach
I have some problems with my bicep tendon so every time i do a fly my bicep hurts. No matter how much i bend my arm, it still hurts a bit. I tried flat db fly but eh thats not something i like. The chest machines in my gym suck. So would you suggest adding one working set to the first 2 exercises and leave it there? The exercises are a 38* incline db press and the other one is a 20* smith press, so the whole chest is working with these 2 exercises
