    Hi Joe,

    Finding it extremely difficult to add mass on the chest, especially upper.

    Am an ectomorph with long leavers, really focusing on technique, should I hit chest twice a week for more volume?

    Currently training in garage gym with rings, barbell and dumbbells.
    Which workouts on the app do you think would benefit me most?

    And any other tips please?
