I’m wondering if you may be able to recommend a new training program for me. I currently am doing sort of a push pull legs program. Chest/tris Monday, Legs Tuesday, Back/Shoulders/Bicep’s Thursday, Legs morning & Upper body afternoon Friday. Trying to train each muscle group twice a week.
I’m a 62 yr old male , 87kg and have been training for a fair few years. Am still training hard and am sticking to a fairly clean diet. Would like to maintain or hopefully build more muscle as I get older. Any advice would be appreciated.
