    Hey guys. New subscriber here.

    Can you tell me, when I get to week 3 and need to increase rep range – what is a good rule of thumb for selecting the weight? Simply a weight that I can get that range in? Or is there something more formula?

    Also, do we increase that weight thru to week 6 – if we are able? As I’m presuming week 1-2 is going to be heavier at 6-8reps
