Coming up on 12 weeks for the power builder.
Looking to pack more size on the legs and pecs.
The anti-flamingo leg program looks great but doesn’t really have as much focus on the chest. Then there’s the pec program…
Is it possible and or a good idea to combine those two programs or is it really just the scenario where you have to pick your focused muscle group to improve and go for it for 12 weeks and then move on to another muscle group?
