I competed in my first classic show a couple of months ago. The judges main critique were focused on the size & definition of my legs and the width/thickness of my back. I am in my off season now and planning to compete next year. Would the anti flamingo split be a good place to start before I try Ruffs 2021 prep?
Also, how much pump work should I be adding while on this split? I wanted to utilize those in my weak areas after a session. Is 1-2 pump works post session too much? Is adding 1-2 exercises to a weekly split too much?
