Clarification on Drop Sets

    Hi coach.

    Moving into the last block of the Terence prep programme, just want to clarify the Drop Sets.

    Am I right in saying that the first 2 sets are as stated (10-12 and 12-15). Then the 3rd set is:

    * 12-15 reps
    * drop set
    * another drop set
