The goal is the classic physique look like the golden era, or current Bumstead and Ruff Diesel!
I’ve been rocking with the powerbuilder workout because if I interpreted it correctly it’s for sheer size and strength especially in the big 3 which would make a great foundation. I’m coming off of a few surgeries and time off but recovery has been great so far and the volume in for me has been great. But I do know I need to focus on more specific body parts so I have been adding a few exercises for lagging parts.
With all of that being said is there something different I should be doing in your opinion knowing the goals I have? Thank you in advance
Appreciate that!! I’m just wanting to make sure I’m setting myself up for future success! Didn’t know if you guys would recommend something different for strictly hypertrophy or if this did the job. But that answered my question!
Sorry Big Joe. Im just seeing you replied here as well. But yeah that makes sense. Im using your anti flamingo for round 2 now and it’s been tremendous! In other words I fucking love it. Lower body has always been a struggle for me as im 6 ft and used to be built like a string bean… but all around this has helped me a lot and I plan to take it to the next level. Im just trying to figure out the best course of action for that
