The goal is the classic physique look like the golden era, or current Bumstead and Ruff Diesel!
I’ve been rocking with the powerbuilder workout because if I interpreted it correctly it’s for sheer size and strength especially in the big 3 which would make a great foundation. I’m coming off of a few surgeries and time off but recovery has been great so far and the volume in for me has been great. But I do know I need to focus on more specific body parts so I have been adding a few exercises for lagging parts.
With all of that being said is there something different I should be doing in your opinion knowing the goals I have? Thank you in advance
