Hi I have a client that does not want to go to any gyms for now as she has to wear a facemask which makes her uncomfortable. She wabts to train on her terrace.

Her goal is weight loss and she has very little resistant training experience.

Also she has no equipment and lives in a different country from me.
Just curious to your approach to training her would be?
Obviously consistent step tracking and calorie macronutrient tracking.
How would you go about her resistance training?
I know I cant progressively overload with no equipment.
I was thinking 3 days a week full body bodyweight exercises?
A mixture of different tempos in different ranges?
Then a maybe a 10 minute interval to finish if her recovery is ok.
I’m just worried sheil lose muscle without progessive overload.
Could the bodyweight exercises provide adequate stimulus for to maintain muscle as she is a beginner.
