    I have a few clients who I train and I want them to get stronger. They also need to lose weight and won’t adhere to a better diet. I want them to see results and am wondering what your opinion is on their training. Should I just get them to burn as many cals as possible in the session or should I continue focusing on strength training? PLEASE HELP thank you!!!
