    Hi Joe and Bryce,

    I want to start using chains with my Close Grip Bench Press, with the goal of maximizing hypertrophy of the triceps. What % of the weight on the bar should I aim for to start out? I’m currently performing it with a straight bar.

    Also, what would my goal be in this case, to achieve a “consistent” profile (equally as hard throught the Range of Motion), or to make it harder at the top to overload the triceps (easy off the chest and hard at lockout)?
