    Hey coach
    I always hear people say cgb is a tricep exercise but i think of it as a front delt exercise. I think i have heard you guys say it works the tricep in the middle of its range of motion but doesnt any type of press trains the tricep in their mid position? If doing just presses isnt gonna make your arms huge then why would “gymbros” say that cgb is key to build thick arms

    That has always been my thought exactly, a front delt exercise. I dont even feel it in my triceps. I honestly think its one of the most overrated tricep exercises.
