A competitor that I coach is active duty in the military. We just started his Off Season and being an amateur his priority is to push as much size as possible. In a couple weeks he’s going to be at some training exercise where he’s going to have no access to a gym and is only eating what they give him, this is going to last about 6 weeks. Any advice on how to go about this? I want to limit any weight loss that might occur during this.
