Coffee addiction

    Hi Joe I came across a checklist on your website (hypertrophycoach.com) where it states “consumed 200mg caffeine on training days either AM or Pre workout” and “no caffeine on off days”….

    1) what is the rationale of limiting caffeine intake to 200mg vs no coffee on off days
    2) what would you suggest for a person like me who is literally addicted to coffee (I consume at least 4cups of coffee everyday)
    3) how much caffeine is actually in there in one serving of instant coffee (nescafe)

    P.S. I get sever headache if I don’t take my morning coffee 😑

    Hi Joe and Bryce… Thanks for the clarification and your views… I agree with the fact that too much of dependency on stimulant is bad and as suggested by Bryce I have started to reduce coffee intake gradually… Hope this works and I’m free from coffee dependency 🙂
