I am getting close to finishing up the Olympia Prep and have been thinking about what to do next. My chest and shoulders are pretty far behind so I wanted to focus on them next. I was curious on how you would go about combining the 2 programs or if you think it’s a good idea. Was thinking about making the third day(the one that is just the body part you are working on) chest and shoulders and didn’t know if you had any recommendations on how to go about doing that? Thank you very much I appreciate it. All makes sense. Going to try the five day split and add in a shoulder day. Can’t say enough about what this app has done for me physically and how that’s carried over for me mentally. Have a great one!
