question about mixing your programming :
Q: 45 year old male former D1 athlete who does CrossFit 3-4x week for metabolic conditioning but looking at Hypertrophy to supplement workout routine (ok, to look bigger). Not new to Hypertrophy but joined this app for better programming and guidance.
Is this a good combo (METCON with Hypertrophy) or am I going to destroy myself? Looking at ARMageddon program to start. Or should I look at other programs if I want to keep this routine?
