    Currently in my physique was looking to increase upper and middle chest size as well as thickness in my upper back.

    Was wondering if it would be a good idea to combine “Pec Augmentation” and “HC Gives you Wings” specialization programs to have their body part focussed day to be a Chest & Back day for my case?

    Was also wondering if these specialization programs are intended to be done 4 days of training a week or in a 2 on 1 off style? With it being 2 on 1 off, would this still be sufficient volume for my other body parts as well?
