I’ve trained for a little over 3 years, haven’t trained overly seriously as all I wanted was some size. I was 10st 2lbs & I’ve managed to reach 13st 4lbs.
I haven’t been strict with myself but one thing I have done is a lot of volume. I always thought it was gospel for gains to train any given muscle group twice a week.
I’ve pretty much had PPL on rotation my entire training life so no day is a set day, I just train like 4-5 times a week.
Anyway, what I wanna know is, will I suffer for this reduction in volume or would it be cool to throw in a random session to break up week 1/week 2 then week 2/week 3 for example.
Was planning on just doing a steady arms session or some back pump work.
Any advice is muchly appreciated
