Long story short, I was in a bulk phase for quite some time, spent around 11 weeks doing the Terrance program, then had a 4 week recovery phase following the recovery program and dropping macros etc and enjoying more rest.
I’m now looking at doing a new program especially for more upper focus volume, (mainly shoulders/chest) and I like the idea of the 4 day split of the cannonball program. On the off days would you recommend active recovery/30 min cardio sessions? Or just complete rest (aiming for 10k steps a day)
What are your thoughts and is this a good program? And when changing a program macros wise, do I change them. Or stay as I am? Currently around maintenance.
