Are the most common mistakes for plateaus: not being recovered, too much volume, not enough rest days, not enough calories. If so, seems quite simple, considering effort and execution are on point. Why do so many people plateau? I always overthink, Im drowning in information easily. I want to learn the principles as becoming personal trainer so I can get better at my own training and be a good coach in the future. Also would good way of testing the reason of the plateau be to take one or 2 extra rest days/deload to see if that helps with progress, if it doesnt its propably not enough volume/stimulus to make adaptstions happen in body if we are doing low volume approach for example?
