    Hi Joe,
    I’m currently prepping for a show and I’m 6 weeks out from it. I used to do the so well Known bro split cause someone told me that was the way for men’s physique athletes.
    I was wondering, if making the change to your workouts from “build a plan” would negatively impact my physique due to low calories and change of type of workout.
