Hi Joe or Bryce
Within a training program, do you think it’s more beneficial to complete all the exercises for a muscle and then moving onto the next muscle after or potentially completing all the big “meat and potato” movements first. For example on a push day, completing the chest portion first ie chest press, cable and then moving onto Delts and then triceps or doing a chest press, then a shoulder press, then moving to a chest fly, then a lateral raise and then tricep isolations. It’s just Ive made myself a program where im training Delts and other muscles twice a week (due to being weakest visually) and chest once a week (with chest being on one of my delt days).
Would be curious to hear your opinion
Many thanks
