There seem to be a lot of trainers out there that believe that the best mass builders for the arms are things like chin-ups, close grip bench, and dips as opposed to isolation exercises. Do you guys agree with that?
Awesome. Yeah the individual component seems to be huge. Like you guys and someone like Christian Thibadeau will be quick to point out that according to limb length and individual differences, the same compound movement will hit different muscles in different people. Thanks Bryce.
