    What reasons are there for ever doing an isolation (say a leg extension) before a compound movement (say a hack squat)? It seems starting with the compound movement seems to be a general, mostly unspoken rule in most cases. Assuming most people should be picking the compound first, and knowing that we should prioritize lower rep ranges, what reason is there for our Hack squat (still as an example) to not be in a lower rep range? Why would my hack squat ever not be programmed as like 5-10 (example low rep range)
