I am doing workouts at home and want to lose body fat so what should I focus on more, compound moments or Isolated and what should be rep range-5-8 or 10+ for more volume.

I will try to program my workout accordingly…
Secondly I checked DILF maker program, and its separate entity and I have to subscribe it separately, so for now I will stick to whatever best I can find in HC app for home workout..
Also I wanted know your opinion on home gym setup vs Commercial gym..Can we gain muscle and build good physic with basic equipment like Dumbbell, Barbells,bands, raw weight.
Or Is It important to train muscle with different machines which target muscles from different angle.
