Confusing rep ranges

    The prescribed rep ranges are a bit confusing to me. They seem to be a bit contradicting with the notes. For example, the shoulder program W6 on the push day

    At the top it says 8-20 reps, double drop on the last set. First set should be between 15-20 reps.
    But when i click the questionmark at the top right i get the different rep ranges for each set.

    So should i always follow the rep ranges from the pop up window from the questionmark?

    I can see the confusion . Ill try to help.
    Set 1 is 8-10 reps
    Set 2 is 10-15 reps

    the description is for the final set of your working set which is the
    Set 3 of 15-20 reps
    After you have reached the 15-20 rep range
    Take the weight down for a double drop set of at least 10 reps for each drop set.
