Checked in this am and it was advised that I up my caloric intake to reduce risk of losing muscle mass. The diet planner increased calories by 250 (2,250 to 2,500) but for whatever reason the recommend amount for fat, protein and carb intake did not adjust correctly.

Based on the diet planners amount for those three I would be at 2,272 calories instead of the 2,500 calories recommended. Please advise on what needs to be done. I attached a pic from a macro planner with the amount of grams the diet planner recommended.

The image I sent you was from the app My Fitness Pal. When I put in the 2500 calories it didn’t match up to the macros the Hypertrophy coach diet planner recommended. I will take your advice and make sure that I meet my protein macro first and adjust accordingly. Thanks

Hey Joe. I entered the recommended 198g protein, 260g carbs and 46g of fat from Hypertrophy app into my fitness pal and it came out to 2,272 calories. When I took the reverse route of entering the 2,500 calories recommend by Hypertrophy app in to My fitness Pal, it increased the grams by 10-20. Please see image of My Fitness Pal at 2,500 calories vs Hypertrophy coach at 2,500
