    Traditionally, steady state cardio is preached for bodybuilders however, I’ve read alot of benefits from interval sprints for fat loss with muscle sparing effects.

    What’s your recommendations ?

    Personal Background
    – 8 weeks from contest (classic bodybuilding)
    – currently 238lbs / 5’8″
    – current military member
    – 2800 daily calories (low carb)
