Hi Joe, Bryce and Joe’s app creating partner.
I’ve just completed week 12 of the anti flamingo program and I was under the impression that upon completing the program I could just continue onwards from week 12 if I desired? Instead the app has just taken me back to week 1!
I actually enjoyed the workouts from week 5 onwards (back off sets, drops sets and pump work) so I was wondering if I were to select week 5 workout for my next session will the app then continue from there or will it still try and make me go back to week 1?
Also my lift data with in the workouts has disappeared (reps and weights) just slightly annoyed by that. Sorry
