Continuous reps?

    Hi Guys,

    What are your thoughts on using continuous rep sets please? Scott Stevenson talks a lot about this in his Fortitude Training book. He believes reps should be continuous to failure and not have multiple breaks at the end of a set trying to grind another, then a break, then another etc which to me is not failure it’s training past failure like a DC widow maker. Where as these sets can be a great stimulus, they are incredibly neurologically demanding.
