Every time I drop some bodyweight it feels increasingly harder to brace in hinging movements.
I think that makes my lower back more prone to injury, and my glutes and hamstrings weaker.
Sidenote, I am not heavy to begin with 182cm and 82 kg, and not super lean either, probably around 15% bodyfat but my midsection is fairly small either way.
Any recommendations here?
