In regarded to core or ab training I tend to avoid it as I get low back pain. I’m very conscious of form. I keep my back flat on the grown if I’m doing any supinated movements and I don’t swing when I’m doing any hanging movements. BUT whenever I lower my legs weather I’m laying down or hanging I feel two “pops” in my lower back. It doesn’t hurt when it happens but after I train my lower back will be sore. Been to a chiro they said I just have weak core muscles… HELP
