when I use the hammer incline press I need to sit full-back or do I need to sit halfway back to create angel? Does anyone have a video with this machine?
Does the grip of the handle need to be more narrow or wide?
if I want to focus on the quads in the leg press machine I know the legs need to be lower on the pads but does it matter if I doing a narrow stance or wide stance?
And last question in the overhead press machine (attached photo) there is benefit to sit with the face in front the pad ? I saw some people doing it i wonder why ?
The movement need to go as deep as possible in this ?
