    hey guys –
These are 2 nagging , issues that pop up, do you guys have any experience with either..
the costochondritis comes up from dips if I don’t keep the thorax in a good position.
the inner elbow pain can happen on the 1 arm preacher curl.
    thanks for everything. God bless

For dips, the simple answer is stay in the position/range that is pin free. And if you continually have issues with dips, switch them out with about her movement. No movement is worth keeping in if it’s causing issues. And for the elbows – tough to say for sure. But two things I’ve found can be decent non-specific “catch all’s” are incorporating a lot more wrist pronation/supination with your prep. And scap movement/control during prep as well. (And again, make adjustment to movements if needed – change preacher bench angle, switch to machine or cable for a time being)
