    Hi coach
    i have couple of questions
    1.which program should i choose for fat loss if i have 3 times a week ?

    2. how do i know how to choose weight ? is it 1 RM testing or according to rir?

    3. suppose i feel i want to work on Mobility or techinique on certain exercises should i do them in a seperate days?
