    Doing the upper/lower program

    1) What’s the recommendation on when to move up In weight? I see sets with reps of 6-12.

    2) Do we only do one heavy set followed by 1 set with lower weight as a drop of set since for weeks 3+, we only do 2 sets for each exercise. Instructions are not really clear. If we do one heavy set, should we be going for 6-8 reps and the back off set going for 8-12 reps?

3). Program says to do dips. Don’t have chains, is it ok to do weighted dips with a dip belt? Also, should we lean forward to focus on chest or stay upright to just hit triceps.

4). Program does not say angle of incline for incline bench. Video says program will say either low incline at 30 degrees or 45. Can you please clarify.

Thank you in advance. Would be great to provide this info in the program overview when you make the next update.

Thanks Joe, sorry I was looking at the overview page which does not mention the 2 sets are different in rep ranges. I started week 3 and I noticed the different rep ranges on the 2 sets so it is correct in the logging portion of the program just not in the overview.
