Hope all is well. So I live in Pennsylvania and looks like we’re headed for another covid lockdown. I tried to prepare for this after the first wave of lockdowns by buying a pair of 70lbs Power Blocks, bands, pull-up bar, and an incline/decline bench. I have very limited space to workout at home in my apartment.
How would you suggest I continue to gain mass with the limited resources I have? How would you structure a workout , for example legs which typically uses heavy weight or special equipment?
