In the recent past I created some new exercises for myself such as BFR quads and hamstrings, but now I can’t seem to locate where to do that. I watched the video on the app update and the option to create new exercise doesn’t show up. Any suggestions?
Thanks for the reply joe, I checked to make sure my awesome hypertrophy coach app was updated and it is. So when I start my program and if the first exercise is ie bench press I go to the Swiss exercise and it only gives me two choices. One to use recommended exercise and the other is to choose an exercise from the list. There used to be the option to create my own and that doesn’t exist anymore. I’m on an Android.
