    What is the ideal dosage to start creatine (mg per kg)? When should it be taken (pre, intra, post workout)? Is it necessary to load?

    3-5g is generally recommended. I dont think timing really matters as it stays in your body for quite a while so take it whenever is best for you. You have to load it to get the effects quicker or you could just take normal amount and after a month or so there is enough in your body and you start to reao the benefits.

    Don’t worry about dosing by weight. Just 5g a day. Doesn’t matter when you take it. Just a time you’ll take it consistently.
