I’m curious about your thoughts on whether or not creatine is worth it. So when it comes to overall wellness my opinion is that you should keep as many processed, factory-made chemicals out of your body as possible. For creatine, do you think that the compound could be somewhat unhealthy? I know it’s already found in your body, but my issue is that this is in the form of a processed powder. If I am taking bodybuilding very seriously, do you think that it is a mistake to stop taking it, and will I see serious gain differences from quitting it? Thank you
