My boys have been training with me, it’s been a blast and they are starting to take it seriously. Me lol I’m having to train twice a day now because I’m in the gym at 4am then get home to get them going. Afternoon naps are a life safer lol. But it’s the best thing we’ve done together. OK enough rambling.
Aside from proper meals (no macro counting) no pre (as if I need them jacked up on caffeine lol) no supps, but had this in the back of my mind for a few weeks now. Is creatine okay for 14yr old boys. It may not be marketed as a fat burner but it is the most effective non-hormonal legal muscle-building supplement you can take. And they have a few soft pounds to drop but also looking to add some lean muscle by next summer.
We have a little over a year to get ready for HS sports and they both have aspirations to keep playing FB & BB. Is it safe to give to someone under 18 or should we just focus on nutrition and consistency in their programming.
