Hey Joe, I really appreciate the content you’ve been creating! I have a couple questions regarding creatine. 1: Is creatine monohydrate the best version of creatine, and is a pill as effective as the powder? 2: Should I take creatine right after working out, or is the timing not as important
as many make it out to be? And finally, is protein powder important in and of itself, or is it just a means to get enough protein; if I already was getting adequate protein in natural forms, is the powder essentially useless? Thanks!
