Hey Joe, I’ve noticed you don’t have creatine listed as one of your top supplements. It seems like many bodybuilders consider it the Holy Grail of supplements. I’ve been taking it consistently for nearly 20 years but I’ve recently been looking critically at everything I take and asking myself if it’s really necessary considering my diet is already on point. Your thoughts?
And for a good reason. It’s one of the most (if not the most) researched supplement in the industry and there are a plenty of data supporting its efficacy. Among all the various supplements we have available in this day and era if there is one product that is worth “wasting” your money on it’s creatine 🙂
