New member here and loving all the content so far, it’s been such a great investment. Already feel like i’m getting more solid workouts in only a few weeks of doing a program!
I had a few questions regarding creating/editing programs & workouts:
1. when creating a workout, is there a way to superset exercises?
2. is there a way to fully delete an exercise from a current program (or choose my own swap for an exercise, not the ones given)? i usually go the route of leaving it blank, then adding my exercise at the end, but just wanted to check if there was a better way
