Hi Joe,
Wanted to see if maybe you could give me some answers. I am a bit overwhelmed with creating programs that are adequate for clients based on their goals. Doing progressive overload correctly.. Choosing the right amount of exercise to do (obv depending on their level) and having a week of deload in there and how to go about that.. maybe you already have something on here that goes over that?
