    What is the process for creating/structuring your own program based off exercises in the library and existing programs? Adding the exercises and then sets, reps, RIR, rest etc for each exercise?

    Hey Joe. Thanks for the reply. Sounds awesome. A cheat guide/video tutorial on how to construct your own program(s), when the functionality becomes available, would be fantastic.
