Currently on the delt spec program. I find that on pull day, after I do RDL’s I have such an outrageous low back pump that doing bent over rows is borderline ineffective. Would a machine tow or DB 45 degree incline row be a suitable swap?
Thanks for the reply Bryce. I will definitely be looking to clean things up and I’ll try video feedback to see if I can spot where my technique is faulting. I could just be exceeding my own end range for the hinge and getting into too much spinal flexion. My hamstrings and glutes are quite sore today, so at least they were definitely working, and I have no soreness in the low back.
