Could you please share your thoughts on how the cable/cuff lateral raise may or may not negatively affect elbow health?
You talked about avoiding torsion force through the elbow in your Baby Handle video. It seems as though we might create similar torsion during a lateral raise, depending on angle and how extended the elbow is. If we treat cuff lateral raises as our meat and potatoes delt exercise, might it have negative affects on elbows long term? Thank you so much!
