Seeing as you recommend lying cuff laterals a lot. Would it be possible to do these at home with crossing bands, with your wrists in the band? Similar like your cross band tricip extension. But then lying on the floor and the bands lower of course.
They are semantically a bit of a pain to set up, and never quite go perfect. Look at the attachment- that workout I’ve uploaded, those raises I think are the best substitute ????
